Community Guidelines

Fans4U is an age-restricted creator marketplace and social platform for adults aged 18 and over. Creators can build communities, connect with fans, offer subscriptions, and earn directly from their audience. Fans4U is not a pornography website, and pornographic or sexually explicit content is not permitted.

Creators build a profile, post updates, chat one to one with their fans, offer subscriptions and receive tips. Fans discover creators, follow them, chat and support the people they like.

Fans4U is available only to people aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, view creator profiles or interact with the community. We may ask you to complete identity and age verification, and we close accounts that misstate their age.

Pornographic and sexually explicit content is prohibited on Fans4U. The following is not allowed anywhere on the platform, including profiles, posts, media, display names and conversations:

• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Explicit sexual acts or sexual activity.
• Sexual services, or the solicitation or advertising of sexual services.
• Content involving or sexualizing minors.
• Exploitative sexual content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including content shared without the consent of the people shown.
• Content that is prohibited by applicable law.

Fans4U hosts both real creators and AI-powered characters. Every profile carries a type label so you always know what you are looking at:

• Real Person: a real, verified person aged 18 or over is behind the profile.
• AI Only: no real person is behind the profile. The character is fictional and its images are AI-generated.
• Real Animal or Pet: a real animal, managed by its owner.
• AI Animal or Pet: a fictional animal character with AI-generated images.

An authorized owner or team may reply in a conversation on any profile. On AI Only profiles those replies are labelled as coming from an operator, never as a real person.

A creator profile may not impersonate, copy or imitate a real person who has not agreed to it, and may not be built to resemble a celebrity, public figure or anyone else's likeness without documented rights.

• Do not use a famous person's name, stage name, handle or nickname for a creator.
• Do not upload a reference image of someone whose written permission you do not hold.
• Do not present a fictional character as a real, identifiable person.
• Do not claim endorsement, partnership or a relationship that does not exist.
• Creators confirm at signup that they hold the rights to every likeness they use.

We check new creator names and reference images against known public figures, and we remove profiles that copy someone else's likeness. If you believe a profile imitates you or someone you represent, report it and we will review it as a priority.

• Creator profiles are reviewed before they are published.
• Every profile carries a creator type label, and every post and message shows whether it was generated by AI, written by the creator or sent by an authorized team.
• Creator names and reference images are screened for impersonation of real or famous people.
• Reported content is reviewed and removed when it breaks these guidelines.
• Accounts that repeatedly break these guidelines are suspended or permanently closed.
• Content involving minors is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

• A subscription, tip or unlock buys digital content and conversation, never personal access to a person.
• Consent is required at every stage and can be withdrawn at any moment.
• Harassment, coercion and repeated unwanted requests are not allowed.
• Do not attempt to identify, locate or contact a creator outside the platform.
• Do not scrape, resell, re-upload or redistribute content from Fans4U.
