Privacy Policy

• Account data, name, email address, phone number, display name, date of birth, country and language preferences.
• Verification data, the result of your identity check (pass or fail, name, nationality, age, document type). Documents, selfies and videos stay with our verification provider; we do not store them.
• Usage data, the profiles you view, subscriptions, messages, Coin transactions and support requests.
• Device data, a device fingerprint, IP address, browser and approximate country, used to prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
• Creator data, reference images, appearance and character settings, and consent records for creators built on a real person.

• To run your account, subscriptions and Coin wallet (performance of our contract with you).
• To confirm you are old enough and that creators are consenting adults (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
• To detect fraud, chargebacks, abuse and duplicate accounts (legitimate interest).
• To send service messages such as SMS verification codes and payment receipts.
• To measure how the site is used, only when analytics is enabled (consent).

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the providers that make the platform work: our cloud and database host, our identity verification provider, our SMS provider, our payment processor and our analytics provider. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Subscriptions and messages can reveal preferences that are personal to you. We treat this activity as confidential, never expose it on your public profile, and never use it for advertising outside Fans4U.

• Account data: for as long as your account exists.
• Deleted accounts and creator profiles: 14 days of cool-down, then permanent purge.
• Financial records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Anonymous wizard drafts: removed when you delete the draft, or automatically after inactivity.

You can request access to your data, correct it, export it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Write to info@fans4u.eu and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics is only loaded when it is enabled for the site, and admin pages are excluded from measurement.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and private media is stored in buckets that are not publicly readable. Payment card details never touch our servers.
